Freedom to Choose Your Own Lawyer
You have the right to choose your own Lawyer. Your insurer may insist that you must utilise their services following a road traffic accident. This is NOT the case. You are free to choose your own representative.
Insurers often sell your ‘claim’ to law firms. Quite often these law firms are based in a different part of the country to you and you never know who is dealing with your claim and find it difficult to get answers from your insurer.
Liver Law is different. We truly are Local Lawyer for Local People. You know where we are and who is dealing with your claim. You can contact us by walking in to our office, via telephone or email.
We offer a fully comprehensive service to get you back to normality following a road traffic accident.
We will guide you through the claims process and help you get the compensation you are entitled to.
We will arrange for you to be examined by an independent medical expert and obtain an medico-legal report which will provide a clear prognosis of the nature and extent of the injuries you sustained as a result of the accident.
We aim to recover maximum compensation in minimum time.
If your vehicle is rendered unroadworthy as a result of the crash we can arrange for a replacement vehicle to be delivered to you on the same day. We work closely with national vehicle hire companies who are prepared to give you a replacement vehicle on a ‘credit hire’ basis in the event you do not have sufficient means to obtain another vehicle.
The hire bill is submitted directly to the Third Party Insurer.
We can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired if it’s damaged as a result of the collision. We will arrange for an engineer to inspect your vehicle and prepare a report outlining the damage and liaise with the Third Party Insurer and recover sufficient funds to allow the repair. If your vehicle is written off we will recover the pre-accident value of your vehicle.
We can arrange for your vehicle to be collected from the accident scene and kept in a secure unit. Your vehicle can remain in storage until the Third Party Insurer makes sufficient payment to repair your vehicle or replace your vehicle if your vehicle is written off.
If you have been involved in a road accident caused by a third party within the last three years and suffered personal injury, whether as a driver, passenger or as a pedestrian, you could be entitled to make a claim for injuries or losses resulting from that accident through our ‘No Win No Fee’ Policy.
